"Poor service. Had gas filled worked for around 1 day I was told by nissan in advance it could be the pump sadly refill didn't work, so my vehicle has been in since Monday has a call to say it's all working and the gas had been refilled I explained that if they go back and check they admitted it was blowing warm and they didn't realise it had already had the gas refilled??? then had another call to say they can't find a fault but obviously there is as it's not working. I was spoken to very rudely and call had been put down on me twice and even called branch and a manager listened on the call then same man again hung up on me. Very disappointed."

"Despite my penny pinching lease company saying I did not need full service , the guys here listened when I said the car wasnt driving as well as it should ,they argued with the lease company and completed the work some at their expense. Safety and their reputation being worth more than money. I would 100% reccomend them. First class customer care. Thank you."

"Decent level of service overall, most notably by Scott who was honest and punctual with his communication. There has been one or two hiccups during the process however I consider that the service centre should benefit from a positive review on here, more so the individual recognition to Scott. Also thanks to the guys behind the scene in the workshop completing the repairs that we don’t get a vision of or are able to thank when dropping off or picking your vehicle up. Prior to this latest visit my vehicle has been serviced here and had a recall notice dealt with, both very efficiently."
