Purchased a suit which was faulty it had damages from the security tag placed in odd places, I returned after 2days to exchange upon which the staff became rude and raised her voice when I was explaining to her calmly and denied there being any fault even though it was clearly visible. I also work in retail so I am aware that it was definitely a damage caused by incorrect tag placement."
