"Staff members pushing in que and serving each other for ‘staff sales’ when paying customers are waiting in line. On challenge the justification is we have no other time to buy our things. Both staff members were shut up on being pulled up. Shocking and shameful behaviour of staff including manager. I could give a zero star if I could. "Nothing special in this store. Just some clothes from other shops, old collections that maybe they have it in the front of the store or on mannequins . Buying clothes from here that you can’t actually try them , bringing them back and get no refund , it’s like you’re stuck with the store in buying something else but definitely not giving your money back. This policy that they need to change. Refund needs to be applied on all items they sale not on specific one, this is robbery policy they use. Not happy with how this shop use to sale items or the policy they’ve use."
