"I waked in to this store to have a look at their suits and upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Karim and everything I needed was promptly taken care of. He was extremely helpful, very courteous and yet professional. He was very knowledgeable about the various suit materials and helped me to try one one of their suits. "I’m going to review the features within this store and then give my overall review. Starting with: Customer Service: The customer service provided within this store is pretty good – it’s nothing out of the ordinary, but still worth mentioning in a positive light nonetheless. My experience with the members of staff here has been good as I've always found them to be helpful and attentive. Clothes / Selection: The store itself is a small scale branch and as such, they didn’t have some of the selections  available as displayed online, but that’s to be expected considering the size of the store. It is worth mentioning however, that you can always order in the clothes you want with ease and the members of staff are very helpful when it comes to taking your measurements and helping you find the right size before you order. Hygiene: The hygiene within the store is pretty top notch. Everything is clean and is in its place. Lighting: Because this is a clothes store, it’s worth noting the lighting because it plays a big part in how you see yourself and how the store merchandise looks. The lighting is mediocre to be honest. I don’t understand why a suit store would want to have DIM lighting and even DARKER lighting within the changing rooms. I say this because the lighting inside the store does a disservice to the clothes because even the light shirts/suits end up being hard to determine the exact fabric colour and that can quite often lead to customers like me being dissuaded from buying – which I did. Summary: Overall, it's a good store, it's not they're biggest branch, but it's good if you want to have a view of the latest collections."
