"I bought a bed, mattress and bed frame, which were delivered on the scheduled time and date. The men delivered and installed the bed as stated in the purchase order. Some parts are found missing and there is some defect in the drawer. They arranged a replacement. Good and reliable service."

"Terrible we went in to look at 2 beds as we were buying a new house straight away we were approached by a sales woman we enquired about 2 beds with tvs we agreed on purchasing them with a deposit but we asked the sales person as we have not completed the sale of our house would the deposit be refunded if the sale fell through she assured us that it would be with no problem. A couple of months have gone by and unfortunately our house sale fell through I have phoned Bensons for a full refund as promised but was then told of a 20% cancellation fee which I wasn't told about but I thought ok I will just have to lose a few quid but then was told the 20% was on the value of the price of the whole bed and I will not receive any refund so in total I have lost over £291 because of lying sales staff after the stress of losing my dream house I now have the stress of losing money too. So be warned don't leave a deposit with this lying company"

"Great experience in White City retail park in Manchester. Michael in particular was spot on. Not too pushy with sales but very helpful and pointed us into the right direction and not pushy with sales either. He was so helpful, anything he wasn’t sure of he asked a colleague, making sure he gave us the right information. Such a lovely salesman, so much so when we returned to purchase a bed frame we sought Michael out to make the sale and he processed it perfectly."

"Worst customer service or warehouse team who haven’t checked stock u til last moment. They say it’s tailor made and never began to make it nor was in stock to align with changed delivery dates. If an order is placed the item must be allocated no matter what than coming up with excuses. Took all the money and a week later called stating the mattress are no longer available. Ordered in February and did not care until end of September to inform that the mattresses are not being made and now we have to sleep on floor! What do we do with bed frame without mattress? No one cared at store when the customer came and paid but no update even when we came multiple times in July and in august and in September and suddenly says sorry. Would the sorry count the days and will it be worth the days we sleep on floor in winter? Shameless businesses!!"
