"Came in to look at mattresses - we had no idea what we were looking for! Jason greeted us when we entered the store, he was very friendly and not pushy at all! He directed us to the mattress's to help narrow down the type of mattress we needed, once done he took us around the store & explained our options to us. He was very knowledgeable & spent roughly 90 minutes explaining the different type of mattresses to us & advising which were the best in terms of support for my bad back which we really appreciated. He made the whole experience very easy - his knowledge & honesty regarding value for money/mattress quality was amazing! Jason helped us narrow down our top two quickly and then helped us make our final decision. Could not fault the service we received & Jason is fantastic - we would definitely recommend Snugworld beds"

"Don’t waste your money here, the quality of final product is nothing like in the showroom. Then when the delivery team turn up, they are rude, do not like carrying beds upstairs and will throw your furniture around and damage your property in the process. Avoid at all costs!"

"Purchased a base from Stockport but was being delivered from Altrincham branch. Stayed home all day and left instructions to ring half hour before delivery. This didn’t happen! Eventually found a card put through my door saying that the base was round the side of the house. Mustn’t have knocked very hard either then!! Sure enough the bed base was there, however it was pouring down and the base was soaked as water got through the holes the delivery men made in the plastic wrapping to help them carry it. Complained to Altrincham ranch and the man there just hung up. All in all a very poor customer service. We thought we would do our bit and use a local business rather than on of the bigger companies. Dont think we’ll make that mistake again!! Certainly wouldn’t recommend Snugworld anyway."

"The mattress that was delivered was much firmer than the one we tried in the showroom, and very uncomfortable. We were told we couldn't exchange the mattress or get a refund as it had been used! The manager's advice was to try to sell the matress ourselves. £300 down the drain, we won't be going back."
