"Ordered a Gas Hob on 30th January, continually chasing for updates on delivery to be advised 18 days later they would refund as they could not support my order. continuous emails sent to determine when the funds would be processed into my account. 3rd on March and still waiting on communication and refund. Now reported to my bank to get involved. very disappointed. Only gave them 1 star as you cannot write a review unless you give them some rating."

"Unbelievably shocking company. Placed a AEG appliance order with them on the 3rd Jan 2023 just to keep getting told the delivery keeps getting put back. Found out from AEG when I rang them that Lusso Living aka Nancy Holdings LTD never even placed the order with AEG. So pleased I paid through Paypal so managed to get my money back (£5112.75) If you are going to deal with this company please pay with a credit card or Paypal so you can get your money back. They don't even have a shop and they don't answer the phone. Just look at the Google reviews on this company, says it all really."

"Buyer Beware. Ordered and paid for an AEG Hob in November, advised not would be ready until January which I was fine with. January comes around and I could not get hold of anyone. No phone calls answered. No reply to emails. Ended up having to do a PayPal dispute to get a refund and I STILL haven't heard from them. Buyer beware."

"I ordered and paid for an induction hob. I have never received the hob and constantly had to chase the company for updates. Nobody would get back to me when they promised they would. I am still without a hob and I have eventually asked for a refund last Monday which I am also yet to receive - the phones do not appear to be working today. Terrible service. If anybody at the company can read this - please call me back asap."

"I needed an out of stock item which they did deliver as promised. However, the item arrived upside down in an open box that looked like it had been in the warehouse for years. There was a dent on the top and it doesn't work. I've had to have AEG engineers out to fix it three times and it still doesn't work. I believe this company is trading under a new name but was previously Nancy Holding T/A Jigsaw home which has terrible reviews. It was on the delivery lable on the box I received. From reading other reviews I'm lucky I received anything at all. I would avoid and buy from a reputable supplier."
