"Not enough non-office shirts available in the classic design. I don't like the policy of charging more for the same shirt as the collar size increases. Seems this company has lost touch with its historic core cliental, which I accept may be the strategy."

As soon as the email arrived in my inbox most of the shirts in average sizes were out of stock. Over many years I used to buy all my shirts from Hilditch & Key. But it is confusing to find that the savings promised do not always fully materialise because they are offered only on certain sizes of certain shirts, etc. Also 'contemporary fit' seems to be fairly general now, which I can manage, but prefer the 'classic', as with collars - and I don't like the two-buttons per cuff style, which are simply more tricky to undo. Double cuffs are my preference. But I keep buying..."
