"I went into the shop on Jermyn Street yesterday afternoon and picked up two of the new brushed cotton shirts. It’s always a pleasure to visit here and this time was no exception. The shirts here are about as good as it gets and feel so comfortable to wear. Are they more expensive than shirts that you could buy from some of the well known high street menswear shops? Yes, of course, but these shirts are going to last longer and feel better against the skin than anything else that I have worn before. I can’t recommend these shirts highly enough and will be going back in the spring for a couple more."
"This upscale boutique located next door to Davidoff Cigar place is only Jermyn Street establishment where every single human being deserves to invest, own and wear a serious top quality Swiss cotton English made shirt, which is Emma Willis. Emma is definitely the Britain's ultimate bespoke shirt-maker, and her shop is basically the perfect place on the planet for any shirt connoisseur. Ever since I've purchased and worn shirts made by Emma Willis, they all seem to be perfect specimens and always worth the investment. An Emma Willis shirt is feels like a second skin on me. All of her shirts shirts are made with genuine pure perfection."
"After several years of buying ill-fitting "ready-to-wear" shirts from a well-known London shirt maker (the one that has an outlet on just about every street in the West End), as well as a disappointing experience with another bespoke tailor, I turned to Emma Willis because I'd heard great things about their shirts. It took a few fittings to get the fit right, and I did have to return all my shirts after around a month so that they could be adjusted again to account for shrinkage. However, I am fine with that. In fact, if it takes a few times to get the fit perfect, so be it! This is why we pay for bespoke in the first place. The next time, they'll be perfect right away. (I should add that Emma Willis's store manager, Jade, was only too happy to make these required corrections and did not charge.) My only complaint about Emma Willis is that, thanks to the sublime quality of the fabrics they use, I am now unable to wear my old shirts – simply because they now feel like sandpaper around my skin! If they keep this standard up, they will have a customer for life."
"I have been fitted at Emma's shop for the past 4 or so years. From the very first bespoke fitting to every time I chose a new shirt the experience has been flawless. Her entire team are hardworking and diligent, providing a service and product that is literally outstanding. Wearing Emma's shirts is a one of life's rare sartorial treats."
"Wonderful shirts. Nice selection of ready made shirts in top notch fabrics and great ties (loving the cashmere!) always available. Huge selection of fabrics available for made to measure or bespoke for special occasions. Staff always very friendly and ready to offer advice, as is Emma herself when in London and not at the factory. Highly recommended - I can't afford many but as a treat once a year for a made to measure it can't be beaten!!"
