"I wrote a negative review here and on Trust pilot - which was due to some confusion related to a purchase in-store and by Mail Order. I had understood that payment had been taken for all 3 items I purchased although one item was to be sent directly to my home due to non availability. Boggi operate 2 different systems - something I hadn't understood. All was cleared up by Nicola very well. I've not give 5 stars because their communication systems are poor and the mail order/stire are not well joined up. The merchandise is - in general excellent."

"Cardholder stitching fell apart after a few months use. Silver cufflinks fell apart with less than 5 uses. Not wearable. Poor quality assurance. Made in Italy may be doubtful, made in China would seem more realistic."

"I went to buy some clothes a few days ago. The sale assistants were professional and details oriented. However, I noticed that the manager was looking at me during all the sale process with such an opinionated face. I could feel the bad vibe in the store but I bought the items anyway. It can definitely improve."

"I left a negative review earlier about my experience at this store and the error the store made in tailoring my jacket. After talking to the store manager, he took care of the issue and arranged a pick up my suite from Canada to ship it back to London. I am waiting for my money get refunded."
