"Ordered a Rogue Territory supply jacket in Medium. Within minutes, I had an email checking that I really had meant to order a medium because most people size up and the jacket has quite a slim fit. After following the advice in the email I realised I probably should size up, so they agreed to switch the order for me. A day or two later, the jacket arrived and yep, sizing up was the correct decision. Fantastic customer service."

"Been looking at a pair of boots on their website for a while now so finally made some time to go to the shop. It's quick and easy to get just off the Northern line. As you walk up you get that feeling you get before you go to any of these denim and boots shops. The "am I cool enough to enter feeling". Cool bike outside, woody and trendy interior. But the moment you walk in it is very different to the rest and that is because of the service, the gentlemen in the shop are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I tried on a pair of boots but only went back after breakfast to buy them. Didn't feel pressured or rushed for a second, and that is how it often feels in some of the other mens wear stores around London. Overall it was a great experience, I am very happy with what I got, and as far as I know this is the only store in London that stocks the Viberg Service boot. Definitely worth a visit and I will be returning for a nother pair of boots in short time. Thanks Gents."
