"You can't beat a combination of well made products (that are true to size - Barbour please take note) and exemplary customer service. When the high street is doing so badly it is factors like this which differentiate the good shops from those that just don't get it and don't deserve to survive. Certain other clothing stores in Guildford should take note - you are not in the same customer service league as the crew at Crew."
