"I have stopped going here. First time a very pushy Chinese lady wouldn’t leave me alone and more recently, a very off hand lady dealt with a return. She wasn’t too bad, not friendly but an older member of staff dealt with a husband returning one perfect item and she was downright rude. I contacted Hobbs to give them a chance to reply but they haven’t even acknowledged my complaint."
