Reviews of Cafe 1844
"Not sure how they call themselves a café when all they sell is jacket potatoes And not a good variety at that"
"We just called here for the first time for lunch in our dinner break. It does not look open but it is. What a lovely surprise! Lovely warm, spotlessly clean and welcoming cafe. There is a limited menu at the moment but there are gorgeous freshly cooked jacket potatoes with lovely fillings and yummy fresh toasties and a wide variety of drinks and snacks. The young man serving is very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. Really enjoyed my lunch for the first time in ages and we will be back. Will be highly recommending too."
