"It's a Great Pub with Great Beer. Added to that it has a charming Landlady and incredibly friendly and helpful bar staff. From the welcoming fire to the spotlessly clean toilets I couldn't find fault even if I had wanted to. I understand that Blackcountry breweries own it and their beer features strongly. I shall be back for another pint of 'Over a barrel just as soon as the wife let's me."
"Cracking little old school pub. Cobs of many choices and crisps cracking selection of drinks. Nice range of craft ales n ciders. Best pint a cider I ever had that lillys gladiator what a pint never had a cider like it. Footy on but nice n chilled. Sure will pop in again"
"Staying in the area and visited two nights running. Great beers, great atmosphere. The landlords obviously work hard to keep this pub as perfect as it is. Visit or you'll miss out. We'll definitely be back."
"Maxine is an asset to the pub and can comfortably manage the bar single handedly. I had a couple of samples and chose Appoloosa an American hops ale and enjoyed a cheese and onion cob for £5.60. Nice clean pub and a large beer garden to enjoy the sun. Large car park, too"
"A friendly clean atmosphere with a excellent choice of real ales and ciders with bar food available. The premises comprises of a carpark and boasts a really good outside seating area of two different levels; one hard standing and one on grass, there is also a heated smoking area. An above average family public house."
