"If I could zero i would. The staff on Saturday 18th march 10 am really let this branch down . I order hot chocolate didn't ask any questions to complete my order . I had to say no cream etc . Rude staff no basic manners . When I pulled up the two blonde ladies where slagging a customer off and laughing about them . Think these 2 girls forget that customers spending there money pays there wages. One of the girls the passed me my drink I said do you no want paying for the drinks today . If I hadn't of said anything I would of 100 % had a free order today. When I pulled away I had ordered a hot chocolate and it wasn't even a hot chocolate was a latte. Never using this Costa again will drive to merry hill or dudley much better services . Costa needs to review this branch and its workers immediately."
