Have bought a few bits and jewellery which is really nice though! I just don't want to waste my money or spend a decent amount like another user and then have it either fall apart or get into wrangles re return - which any good shop owner should try to put right if faulty."

"I was bought a sweatshirt for Christmas at a cost of £50 plus p&P, however after just one wash the sequins started coming off and of course a call was made to complain / advise. But we were told you couldn't followed the washing instructions properly. Pulease!!! We are not idiots and followed them correctly, I would also add that I have had a T-Shirt in a very similar design for over a year bought via post form America for less £10 (the design a Stones esque red lips design) and is still in perfect condition. There was no interest in asking to see a pic or receipt etc just a complete fob off for something that cost £50. Terrible attitude - i only wanted it reported to offer feed back for their manufacturer etc - what rip off!"
