Reviews
"I can’t stand to be there longer than a minute because of the disgusting perfume they spray all over the place. Gives me a headache and I feel sorry for the people who work there!"
"Awful service. A staff member with a Spanish accent (looked to be the manager) refused to allow me to purchase clothes after giving me a few minutes notice that the shop was closing soon. Meaning not enough time to take what I was trying off and put my clothes back on. As I left she told me they had closed the tills. I don’t think you should be allowing people into the changing room (I asked if they were open) if you won’t allow them to purchase the clothes. Simply bad practice and bad service."
"Went there today and one of the staff who was sorting out the clothes was coughing so much and so loud without covering her mouth. I understand some people want to work and make money but at least wear a mask or cover your mouth when you are coughing as there are so many viruses going around nowadays."
"I was charged £15 ish additional to my actual payment amount of £72. And the cashier hasn’t even notified me that I need to pay some 20% tax or whatever it was. It is a clear theft and deceit! I do not recommend this shop at all! And I will never shop there again."
"Returned a Xmas present a few days late because of COVID. Manager (Emmanuel) wasn’t sympathetic at all!! Didn’t care that about the COVID situation, I also had to wait 20 minutes at the till to be told to contact customer service within 20 seconds. I then contacted customer services, they said they would escalate, no response after 5 days so called again, managed to get emailed a return label…. Had to pay for my own postage bag to put the item in. This wasn’t an issue as is expected, however receiving an email to say 1) it will take 30 business days to receive a refund (this ain’t the 90’s) 2) be charged £3.95 to return the item!!! Does it cost £3.95 to generate a label???? Absolute joke, will never set foot or order online again. Would pay double somewhere else just out of principle."
