"Has a good variety of stuff, but still I had to order my clutch bag online. Received the email saying that my parcel awaits collection in the store. I went to pick up, the staff couldn't find it. It's been a week later and still no news.."

"Store manager is AWFUL...does not know the meaning of customer service, after calling the store over 10 times, making a journey in, after acknowledging she can exchange she refused to do so. Spend a fortune in Mango, will not be shopping here again...customer service training is urgently needed."

"Nice they send receipts to your email so you can use it if you lose the paper receipt. However, staff members often make you feel bad when you don't have the paper receipt. I remember staying on the queue for so long and then being asked to step out for the online receipt twice. Then was asked several times whether I bought the items in that branch. It was almost as if they doubted my purchase until I referred them to the details on the receipt. Also, nice affordable clothing items but some of the staff members make you feel less of yourself. I remember going in one time wearing a big overall and looking at a small size to try when the staff member shouted on top of her lungs at the till, while serving other customers telling me the size in my hands is too small for me. I was shocked as she didn't know what size I am and had assumed I looked too big for the clothes in my hands. I had to remove my overalls so she could see my small size under the clothes. I wasn't amused as customers looked on in amusement of of our conversations. I didn't need to engage in that kind of conversations over the top of my lungs and she definitely didn't need to give me unsolicited advise without knowing my size. Surely there are ways 5o carry out that sort of conversations without causing a scene. This team definitely need much training in customer service."
