I was lucky enough to meet the charming Anna who was delightful and insightful, genuine and helpful as I purchased clothing for myself, gifts for my daughters and things I didn't even know I needed for my home. She knew just how much to say and how much *not* to say as she assisted me on my exciting exploration of the new shop in Kingston."

"It’s my favourite label. To my surprise, there is no service there. I went there a few times, no one says “hi”, nor welcome you with a smile! A bunch of young girls fixing the displays and hangers. Kingston! You got it all wrong! I was waiting to pay for my earrings and the girls were so slow, I just left. I guess no service is better then a bad service?? The selection of clothes is good. The prints and design lovely. Unfortunately no atmosphere - who runs this place? Management - wake up!"
