"I wont go to this restaurant again!! .. good food, decent service, a little bit expensive but I wouldn't mind if it was good experience .. the restaurant manager or whoever was in charge of service wasn't that friendly and unprofessional but what's the worst is that they start playing loud music and wasn't even good music, I told him to turn it down but he said their are other customers want this lousy music. 1st impression bad .. an excellent experience ruined .. wont go again .. won't recommend for any one"

"We had a nice enough meal here, food was tasty, hot and well presented. The space is well decorated and maintained. Service was quite lacking, we were made to feel more like a bother than paying customers. There were many items not available off of the menu, this was not a problem for us but this was not made clear before menus were distributed. When we were informed, we were told "Turkish items are not available" which was a bit confusing as we don't know what dishes are Turkish vs Lebanese. Further questions were not answered in a patient manner and it felt like we were hassling the server. At one point different people at the table requested items (sauces, plates and cutlery) and the person taking the requests verbally indicated that we were asking for too much at the same time. We were not asking for anything out of the ordinary. All in all, the food was lovely but we won't be returning and don't think the service charge was merited."

"Situated in the heart of London’s West End only 4 mins walk from Baker Street station I have come across this newly decorated Branded Lebanese restaurant with amazing freshly made Halal food including in house bakery idea for private and business parties of 150 covers per seating. Highly recommended with very friendly staff."
