"The ageism my now husband and I experienced is not only immoral but unprofessional. The experience my husband had when he was a groomsman to when he was the groom made that glaringly obvious. When he was a groomsman, they were absolutely fine with him and a few others in the party to come in the week before his friends wedding to get sized, but when we came in a month and a half in advance of our wedding (due to my visa constraints) they gave us a hard time. They gave my husband the wrong size shirt ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING and didn’t do or say anything to fix THEIR mistake. Not only that, but they lied to one of our groomsman saying they didn’t have the shirt he needed in his size “anywhere within the company” but he simply went into another Moss Bros and found it no problem. The overall treatment we received while in store was unacceptable so if you’re 25 or under, don’t go here unless you want similar treatment."

She knew what she was talking about and was very patient with my indecision. A real asset to the team. My visit to this store was pleasant and I left very satisfied with the service."
