"They refuse to refund items even when you follow the terms and conditions. This is a violation of our Consumer Contract Regulations. Don't order items to try on as they will say it has been worn and has damage. I returned my item the next day with the tag attached and not worn as it didnt fit. Utter Liars!"
"Me and my sister came into the St. John's shop in Liverpool with our 1 year old niece in a pram. Whilst I was tryingbon clothes in the changing room, my little nieces nappy needed changing so my sister went and stood outside the store with her. The staff in the shop were extremely rude shouting everywhere 'it stinks we need some air freshener' and a member of staff went over to the pound shop and bought one. Another member of staff got one other member of staff to come and stand by my nieces pram to see if they could smell anything. It made me and my sister feel extremely uncomfortable and the customer service was appalling"
