Reviews
"Not as large as it used to be since it moved. However still a large range of clothing. Enjoyable to wander around and look at articles rather than the impersonal online shopping experience."
"The store was fine but the customer service today was poor to non-existent: unusual for Liverpool, friendliest of cities. Sales assistant was curt and impolite and loudly conversing with other staff members during my time at the till discussing how training is preferable as it is 'an hour of standing around doing nothing' and presumably not doing what she was doing at the time. Sounds like she could do with the training. It costs nothing to engage the customer or even smile and say thank you. Really unfortunate and immature behaviour."
"Not sure if the shop or Costa is responsible for the toilets on the floor where Costa is located but the regular toilet was not in service and the disabled toilet was a disaster and looked like it had not been serviced for hours. On the good side, the security man downstairs was very helpful giving us directions. Wish I had taken a picture for the toilet."
"Like the store very big lots of choices for men clothing.the only thing i didn't like was no help from staff and no customer service in the men department. When i was to the check out or cashier i asked her was there anyone to help on the floor. She look at me like if i was from planet kripton. Then said No.when i ask why she said they didn't have enough staff currently having a staff shortage. That was it. Nice store but if you want customer service after all you work hard for your money you like a little attention to detail. Don't go to this particular location downtown Liverpool. I guess if you don't want customer service then yah go there where you have to walk 5 miles in a store just for help to find the right size.... lets hope they in a good mood when you do find staff"
"For the most part good quality clothing, but fairly high prices. Annoyingly, the vast majority of the suits in the men's section are skinny fit, as well as a good selection made from lurid fabrics and patterns better left in the 70s."
