"I'm fed up of there being only one person on the tills when returning things iv waited up to 40 minutes then they walk off and help people who cant work the self service tills which are very tricky to use, its a nightmare I wont be buying anything else everything iv bought lately is far to big I cant stand for long so wont be shopping there anymore iv bought most of my clothes there for 20 years and disappointed with the clothes latley not the same !!"

"They discount items, say from £10 to £5 but they don’t add the price change to the self scan machines… We bought quite a few items and had never used these tills before…. A young girl kindly helped us & scanned everything for us. When we got home we noticed the discount hadn’t been applied, so we paid £10 instead of £5.. This might not seem a lot but with the cost of living as it is at the moment it would have been better in our pockets than a large store. We are both in our mid 60s and will probably chalk it up to experience as it will cost at least £5 to get back the £5."
