"Called for help with a relatively small order only about £2500 in value. I was unsure of what I needed so rang and I spoke to Richard who took the details and sent a quote through, I then rang back about 2 weeks later as I was ready to order , I again spoke to Richard , who had not taken note of any of the details I had given him on our first phonecall, he seemed very disinterested in helping , he told me he would resend the quote to me but never did , very poor customer service even though it was a small order, this however turned out to work in my favour , I found Roofing Megastore . Co. UK , they where very helpful and advised me correctly what I need , and the exact same order came in at £1000 cheaper , won't ever be using coated steel products again."
