"I tried to ring Ashton under lyne branch yesterday afternoon but didn't get through - however staff member rang me back after a few minutes to enquire what I needed etc - very knowledgeable and helpful and soon after I visited the shop with details for a component and there was one in stock so they held it for me to return with some cash due to me forgetting it - ive now been back to collect and pay so later today my friends boiler should be working once again and I initially looked on line for my part however I very much prefer to have access to real shops etc and humans behind the counter who are helpful and knowledgeable about what they sell etc and wolseley plumbing in Ashton under lyne ticks every box - will return myself when I need advice or parts and in addition to this will recommend wolseley plumbing to anyone - they open nice and early too !!"

"Came here to purchase and electrode for my gas fire. Says on website, store closes at midday 12pm. Doors were locked when I arrived at 11.30am. The doors were locked but there were staff inside. Would not open the door &Said they would not serve me as they have a stock take. All I wanted was a small component for my gas fire, had cash to pay but give me poor excuses, saying till wasn't on. Some fat bloke shouted at me very rudely and told me to go somewhere else. Well no problem FAT bloke, I won't be coming here again. If you are having a stock take, then why don't you update your website FAT bloke!!"
