"Brought an insignia from them a couple of weeks ago, at first thought it was great, then had clutch problems, found the gear stick wouldn’t centralise once the car had warmed up and the GPS stopped working. I found the reason for the gear stick not centralising which I sent to the trader. It wasn’t even a part to buy it was just a part that needed cleaning and lubricating! Also let them know that I think it’s the slave cylinder, but obviously you would expect them to do there own investigation. They did say they would fix the clutch but argued the rest. When I dropped the car off to his “garage” the mechanic was stand offish and argumentative. Tried telling me the gear stick was to do with the clutch, which I knew full well it wasn’t. Picked the car up a few days later, again it felt like the mechanic just wanted me gone and said he had fixed the gear stick and it was due to the clutch which I knew he hadn’t touched straight away. He said he had put in a new slave cylinder and push plate. The clutch still felt wrong, spongey at first then went tough when you pressed it down. Drove it around that day fine. The GPS was fixed and as expected gear stick still didn’t centralise. The next day I got in it for work and I couldn’t even get it in gear! They had made it worse! Straight away called him and said I’d go to trading standards as I didn’t trust his mechanic. He called his mechanic and apparently he also had changed the clutch?! Why wouldn’t he have told me that?! Luckily in the end they came and collected the car and they give me my money back. I will never use this company again and nor should you! Customer service is horrendous, while your taking to them they would try and talk over you. I had to tell them to stop taking over me in the end because I was really starting to loose my rag! Only reason I don’t mind having to give 1 star is because I got my money back.."
"I bought a vauxhall insignia from this dealer on the end of december, and just after 4 months the engine blow up ... I think this is the reason why he is not giving any warranty. He has in every description that the cambelt was done , but when I took the car to the vauxhall dealership they confirmed that it wasn't changed at all. I payd 2600 £ and now I will get back 200 because I have to send it to scrap. If you want a proper working car look around for some normal serious dealers which will give you at least 3 months warranty. Very dissapointed."
"Bought an Astra back in September for a really good price. Following a service with a trusted mechanic, I know that I got a wonderful deal. It is very much a small business, so they don't have all the bells and whistles you may be used to with a larger chain, but I would argue this reduces costs for the consumer. So far, so good!"
