"Very poor quality. Recently I purchased a pair of boots (£150+) that I have worn around once a week for 6 months or so. Today I realised that the sole from one of them was completely peeling away from the shoe. I emailed the company to ask them to exchange them, however because I was 2 weeks after a somewhat arbitrary 6 month deadline they were not going to exchange or refund them. I was so disappointed as until then I was very pleased with the service, the customer service rep didn't even seem to have read my email and sent a fairly generic note. I really would avoid using them, for the price the longevity of these shoes should be much better."
