"Honestly love the atmosphere the design of the place inside makes it feel very welcoming and then the staff as well very kind. They greet you with kindness and bring you drinks and some biscuits. Also asking if everything was okay like with the temperature of the water and then if your head sore. A lot of care and consideration. The hair results bare in mind my hair was box dye DIY by me but Elliot made it beautiful and how I wanted it even though the references were complicated."
