"Really disappointed. Waited to get my hair cut with Joe and made an appointment before a wedding. I arrived and I'd been booked in with someone else who has cut my mum's hair badly before. I told him I spoke to joe and booked in with joe on the phone. Joe was then busy and couldn't fit me in. Day ruined, had to cancel breakfast with my mum I hadn't seen in 5 months then rush home and wash and blowdry hair and rush to the wedding. Extremely poor."
