"Would not recommend. If you don't care about your hair and want a cheap cut, this place can deliver that. But I will not be returning and I would advise you stay away. Pros: - My hair was shorter once I left - Cheap Cons: - Hair was not cut very well - Barber did not listen to what I wanted done - Barber started popping a spot in the mirror whilst I was explaining what I wanted for my haircut - Barber spent the time whilst cutting my hair chatting with the other barbers and not even looking - Halfway through, the barber left to take a phone call outside mid-haircut"

"This was my 2nd haircut at this place. For the 1st time, I was lucky enough to be styled be one of the good guys. On my return, I was styled by the person in one of the pictures with an H&D t-shirt. The handling Initially made me feel that he used to be a prison barber; however, as the haircut progressed, it was clear that there was clear malicious intent. 1st, all my suggestions were disregarded. He did as he pleased while I tried to interrupt on several occasions. Secondly, the fade brush intensity was uncalled for, which unnecessarily reached my eyebrows and my forehead area, ruined my face for a week. I left midway through the haircut. 2 of my friends had similar experience under the same barber on their n’th haircut. (one had bruises on the neck after shave (when questioned, was asked to take it like a man.) However as I waited for my turn I saw a differed approach towards a non-minority. The man is a blatant RACIST; walk in at your own risk."

"Best barbers on the curry mile. Went here for months and always came away looking fresh. All the boys will give you a good trim but I have to big up Osman in particular because he was my regular & knew how to work with my hair Cheap prices as well, couldn’t recommend H & D enough"

"I have to say the worst barber I’ve ever been to, my fade isn’t even faded, and it’s not even even, He cut one side of my hair short and the other side the complete opposite, so it didn’t look neat and wasn’t diagonal. They did my trim in 3 minutes, and everything is so complicated in the shop, maybe they should take their time a bit more when cutting their customers hair because any person with a small mind would understand that leaving customers satisfied is the most important thing"

"I was in a rush and needed an haircut. Attracted by the affordable price, I asked for a haircut with scissors (8 £). The young barber didn't speak English at all so as result wasted about 35min and didn't get the haircut I wanted. Last but not the least I noticed that they have prices for Asians and Middle Easterners (such as those displayed outside) and higher prices for Europeans so I have been overcharged 2 £ obviously without any invoice and receipt. ps: first and last time in this barber shop."
