"I wanted to treat myself with a full makeover and I have chosen Vavavoom fir that. I was extremely happy with my hair color and cut, very happy with my nails and my eyebrows looks amazing. Thank you Vavavoom for helping me feel like a princess. I highly recommend them"

"Do NOT recommend. I went to get my hair dyed and chose a colour and asked a few times whether they were able to do it as I had dark black hair and they assured me they could. After the process my hair was a ginger colour and did not look like the colour I had chosen at all. They then dyed it again to try and fix it and it still wasn't great but the colour was less ginger and better than the first attempt. However, it left my hair SO damaged, it took me 2 whole years to grow out healthy hair again. Would NEVER in a million years trust this place with my hair again."

"Unfortunately I’m having to record a poor review, and I’m someone who regularly visits salons for various treatments. Firstly, we booked through the Treatwell website this morning for an appointment at 4pm. We booked two pedicures - one for £25 and one for £30 (including gel). We paid by card through the website and received confirmation, but 45 minutes before the appointment we received a phone call saying that we would have to pay an extra £10 for a pedicure because it ‘would take longer’. We asked for a refund, this was confirmed but then the member of staff hung up mid-conversation. We received a cancellation email saying the refund ‘can take 10+ days to appear on your statement, if it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.’ As we were already on our way due to the late notice, we called into the shop and asked why different prices are being charged on the website and why they thought it fair to call us just 45 minutes prior to the appointment. The ‘manager’ stated it was £10 extra ‘because you’re a man’. This wasn’t written anywhere on the Treatwell website. She then said she has cancelled our appointments and the refund would take 3 days, not 10 days as stated in the email. Our main disappointment is the lack of consideration for our time, when it could have been handled much earlier without any impact on our plans. The member of staff, who claimed to be the manager, said she’d only just started, despite another member of staff appeared to be in charge of the diary. The manager’s attitude was both indifferent and patronising. She didn’t apologise for the inconvenience or for hanging up the phone mid conversation. Would not recommend."

"Lively and professional salon It was my first time here and it’s 100% new place go to. Maryam was so smiley and professional and happy to see me despite me being a bit late. When we sat she explained the pedicure I had chosen (basic) which I really appreciate so I knew what I was getting even though I read the online description before it’s still nice to clarify. She then checked if I would like to upgrade to the next pedicure which I declined but again nice to be asked. She wore a mask during the pedicure which I believe may have been mostly for her protection from the filings but for those who might care about stuff like that may help you feel at ease. She also helped me choose the perfect colour and the Pedicure looks amazing! I will be back and asking for Maryam."
