"I had a great experience with Rosie yesterday. I brought a photo for a guide for the haircut and she explained how it might look different on my hair colour and type which was really useful. She checked in with me a few times about the length to make sure I was happy and gave me good advice about how to replicate the finished style with a tong. The salon was busy which meant there was a 15 min wait. This is to be expected at this time of year but it would be great if in future I could get a text or something to let me know to come by a little later. This was my first time at Vanilla Tramp and I'll definitely be back!"
