"Awful customer service. Massive queue and the branch manager was telling her staff that she needed to get home on time and that the store needed to be tidy before they all left. A very long wait to purchase goods and only one person on the till. Taking money from customers and giving good customer service should be a priority for the business, tidy the store afterwards!"
