"What a disappointing experience. Bought a pair of boots that started to fall apart after two months. Initially offered to exchange but then backtracked saying we needed to deal with the manufacturer. Then changed his story, again, saying that he wasn't the owner when we bought the product. And when we went in to discuss the issue we were asked to leave. When you try and support a local business only to be treated so poorly is very disheartening."
