"FAKE CHINESE FOOD! The food is horrible. The operate under the name 'Wok & Fire' on deliveroo (where I ordered from) so that people can not google the name Kim Klan Chinese to see their bad reviews on google. I realised when I typed in the address into a different food app and this place came up. I tried to cancel my order but of course I couldn't. I had to throw it in the bin.The prawn toast was the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Whatever was inside it was unidentifiable. AVOID PLACES LIKE THIS AT ALL COSTS. This is not Chinese. I am very sure of this."

"Ordered food through Uber eat. It never arrived. No one picks the phone up in the restaurant to find out if it could be sorted out. Disappointing. I should’ve checked the reviews first. It says it all."

"Our order was number 20. Hot and Sour Szechuan Soup (Creamy soup filled with shrimp,bean curd, green peas, chinese mushrooms,red vinegar and soya sauce) that as you can see doesn't contain any beef and chicken. The soup arrived contained beef and chicken and no trace of shrimp and peas. My fiance doesn't eat beef as per his religion and as I don't eat it too none of us would ever order this. When I called the restaurant to ask explanation I have been told that it's all mix and included in the soup. This means the restaurant serves food containing pork or beef without telling the customets which is very sensitive issue as it can hurt religious sentiments if the people. I will be sharing this on TripAdvisor as well to ensure more and more people know about what they are being served in this restaurant and how careless, unprofessional and unethical the restaurant and the team working over there can be."

"Tried multiple Chinese restaurants and nothing ever beats the food here, can't help but always compare the food to every other restaurant and so far none have ever topped this restaurant. Don't live close to the area anymore so unfortunately can't get an order, but will be around the area soon and will deffo be ordering while im there just to eat it again❤️❤️"
