"SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered from UberEats, they delayed the time by an hour and when I called the restaurant multiple times I was hung up on. 3.5 hours later I get a message saying my order had arrived, it never came.. still waiting for my refund."

I heard the driver knock next door I even when out. 2 hours later we find out wrong door. Gave them a week to make good as food was uneatable by time we got it. Will never order from them again."

So gave up went bed at 1am. eventually got my money back days later after a battle with deliveroo. they kept calling the restaurant and he kept saying it was 3 minutes away. "Disgusting food and terrible service. We used Four Seasons Garden (trading under Jasmine Garden) on Deliveroo and received this as Chinese Ribs. Aside from smelling horrific the item had no sauce and little meat. I called and spoke to them and was given the worst example of customer service I have had. I will not use this takeaway again and based off my experience would suggest anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere."
