"I recently visited synergy dental practice for my daughter, it was an emergency appointment. Me and my daughter were treated very well by all the staff members including Dr Bilal, the dental nurse and the receptionist. My daughter received excellent treatment and Dr Bilal remained very calm and patient with my daughter. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to all my family and friends."

"I am the carer for my elderly, disabled mother and she chose this dentist 5 years ago as it's closest to where she lives. In that time, she has never seen the same dentist twice. That's not to say they haven't been nice when she sees them, but continuity of care would be good. Since 2020 she has had problems with her teeth and gums, tenderness, constant soreness and pain and has made several appointments to have this sorted out. They have all, except one, been cancelled. Every time. The last time she managed to get in she was told there is nothing wrong and to make another appointment for 6 months time. Since then she has been unable to eat properly and is in constant pain but has hung on for her latest appointment. This has now been cancelled again with no future date given as an option. So, despite ongoing issues and pain she has had her appointments cancelled a total of 5 times in the last 2 years. I think this is disgraceful treatment and would not recommend this dental practice to my worst enemy."
