"Bad service. Money grabbers and will happily leave you in acute pain if you have missed a single appointment. Regardless of whether they have been your dentist for the past 25 years. I might also add that the appoinment I missed was for hundreds of pounds worth of work that Mr Bloor said he could not do when I was on the pay monthly denplan and would need to be done at a hospital. Then when I came off denplan, suddenly Mr Bloor could do that work. But the bill would be high as I was no longer on denplan. Absolutely disgusting. Registered privately elsewhere. No compassion, empathy or service will be found here. Go elsewhere!!"

"Ross is an excellent dentist. I feel in very safe hands whenever I visit. On the couple of occasions when I have needed urgent treatment, he has always made time for me, which is hugely reassuring. He is professional, calm and really pleasant, and supported by a really great nurse and reception team. I find the Denplan fees are extremely reasonable. I have moved away from the area now, but wouldn't dream of changing dental practice."
