"Definitely the best garage I know off having used them for quite a while. No job is to big or small for the team at Light Oaks, Recently I have had a serious problem with the rear suspension resolved , a job other garages had turned down due to lack of expertise and knowledge and a PCV engine fault remedied, both repairs were carried out in a very professional manner and at very reasonable costs. I can thoroughly recommend Light Oaks Garage for all your motoring needs."
"Not a great experience: repeatedly told me he would 'phone me back' - told my car was safe to drive and it must not be urgent, only for my car to break down. Imagine if that had been on the motorway? I waited three weeks for the part to be ordered in for my clutch but each time I was met with - I will phone you back when it comes in and it takes a long time, we just don't know how long etc. I went and get the part the same day, took it another garage, and fitted the same day. Ended up costing me time, a breakdown that could have been dangerous and quite honestly the worse service you would want from a garage. Receptionist was nice, only redeeming quality. Avoid."
