"One of the worst companies i've ever dealt with. Placed an order for Ad-Blue last week monday since my car was running low i waited till friday and no delivery had arrived yet. Called them up and they said ''it should be out for delivery today'' and yes you guessed correct no delivery. I called again on monday and the lady said ''oh it seems the item was damaged and returned back to us'' with no apology or care in the world. She offered to resend it and assured me it would arrive by wednesday. Now it's wednesday and i call back another lady answers the phone and says ''it seems it hasn't been dispatched yet we are waiting for confirmation'' Again no apologies or care in the world, I got fed up at this point and asked for an refund which apparently will arrive in 3-5 days. Avoid this company at all costs."

"Ordered a large amount of Adblue Aug 18th, delivery failed on one occasion which we knew about and went back to depot. Contacted them and was told it would come next day... nothing After almost a month we contacted them again and they said it had been returned to them after three failed deliveries (only one that we knew of!) and would we like a refund or re-schedule delivery. We asked for our items to be delivered. Few days pass and they refund us saying that they no longer have our goods we paid for a month ago.
