"i had a wonderful experience. i am a teenage girl with no clue about cars and have had negative experiences at garages previously but this was totally different. everyone was so kind and not condescending at all, the guy who worked on my car explained everything to be with a full price breakdown which (according to my dad) was a very reasonable price. i just dropped it off and then collected and hopefully won't need to use a garage again for a while, but if i do i will definitely be back. thank you so much guys!!"
