"Awful team service from new employee last on the line, what a bad attitude she has. Just throws the jalapeanos on the tortilla then pretended to wrap it but the wrap was not tucked properly, she may as well have just left it open on the foil paper. What a shame cos I usually get good service from here and tasty wraps. I guess that wouldn't last forever."

"Normally I like chipotle and there burritos but decided to try this branch and it was a busy day with long ques and the staff was rushing me and I had no clue what anything was and was trying to understand it and look but , staff was just rushing . Eventually I did get a burrito and chips and salsa and it was very delicious. One of the best . All fresh and very tasty ingredients, especially the mild salsa . Great food just rushing staff."

"I newly discovered Tortilla and am loving it. A little taste of Mexico with different ranges of spice and hotness for those with daring taste buds. I went for the delicious beef naked burrito with a drink for under £10. Which to me, isn't bad at all. There's ample sitting space to eat and relax. Staff are friendly and happy to help you choose from the menu if you are confused like I was. There's wheel chair ♿accessibility here. And parking is available at the Westfield car park."
