Reviews of The Village Tearoom
"Great place, and they allow small dogs...great community asset."
"My wife ordered a breakfast one Sunday with my 3 year old son. With all toddlers toilet training can be hard, and unfortunately he needed to use the bathroom as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately my wife was told there was no toilet to use on site “due to health and safety” and to use the library or the betting shop which was closed and being under 18 the betting shop was a no no. unfortunately my wife had to leave before the food arrived, I don’t need to dive into detail what happened next. If you have kids bare this in mind visiting this cafe. Almost certain they have more then 10 seats so your not even compliant with laws and regs?"
"Food amazing, lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere like being with family"
"Went in and bought a cheese and bean toastie. Burnt on one side hardly cooked on the other. Staff clearly to busy talk to regulars to even acknowledge non regulars. Toast was that tough just binned it. Shame I couldn’t upload the pictures"
