"I don't know which pasta was used for my Tagliatelle with Beef Shin Ragu, bit it wasn't Tagliatelle. You have not the slightest idea how to make beef shin ragu. Parmesan should be grated, not served from a tub of 'flakes'. It is unforgivable for a pasta joint to have 'run out' of black pepper, especially as this particular pasta joint is more or less next door to a massive Waitrose. I also got the distinct impression that your staff didn't see this as unusual or a problem (they didn't seem to have even a rudimentary understanding of how pasta should be cooked / served, never mind being evangelists for it).. The best part of £11.00, for a plate of the incorrect pasta, served with a watery excuse for a ragu, with cheap processed cheese and no pepper was a rip off. Other than that, you did really well. Give yourselves a pat on the back."

"This was by far the WORST pasta i had in my life. I can't even put in words how absolutely horrible it was. I can't comprehend how on earth anyone ever approved this, where are the authorities? The police should be informed and close the place down, send the army even. This place is an insult to humanity. It should be burned to the ground and its people exiled to a far away land."
