"I ordered a pizza from here via Deliveroo and it never turned up. I tried to contact the restaurant but no answer. I contacted Deliveroo for a refund and they said “Your order was placed with a restaurant that uses their own team of drivers, rather than Deliveroo riders. We've contacted the restaurant and they have told us that the order has been successfully delivered to you. We can't offer any compensation for this order.”. I did not receive the pizza, and no one will take responsibility for this. A very clever money-making scheme by Pizza Napoli, or a delicious dinner for one of their unregulated drivers, who knows. Anyway, STEER CLEAR if you actually want the pizza you paid £20 for."
