"Orderd 2 breakfast from here only 1 turned up so we called them up, they where so rude on the phone, saying sorry about that but we can't send another driver out u will have to just get a refund on just eat and put the phone down I would recommend not useing this place the food is disgusting the staff are very obnoxious and rude. We will never order food from this disgusting place, and recommend getting new staff"

"Best Burger in City .... We wanted a distanced 3pm Christmas meet up and Frankie & Benny’s ticked all the boxes. It did not disappoint with three great meals Hot Dog; Steak and my personal fave was Brie and Cranberry Burger. Probably the best burger I have had in the city, the staff looked after us from 3-7pm with food and drinks with smiles and banter. My only negative was that there were ‘No Pancakes’ which would have made a nice little starter or dessert. Come on get those Pancakes on all day gang Frankie and Benny's. Thank you for a great day."

"Stayed at the travel lodge a few minutes walk away. Staff were friend and checked if I had any dietary requirements. Once I explained I was given a digital tablet to check the ingredients for the food choices. I actually didn’t see anything that I fancied so asked for two items to be mixed together and they happily obliged."

"Reasonable food, served very slowly. Service was pleasant but it does take the kitchen ages to create simple dishes. Choice tends to be a limited version of pub food. Decent place for families to bring children."
