"Let me start by saying the food itself was great at least 4⭐ on the food front and it was delivered almost exactly when they promised too. The issue was the delivery itself. The building I live in has security doors inside so just because you get through the door at the entrance doesn't mean you can get to my front door. The driver unfortunately followed someone in and when he got to the security door attempted to call me. Unfortunately I didn't have signal and the call didn't go through. He then returned downstairs to the front of the building and rang out door bell at which point he was rude to me over the intercom I apologized asked him to come up and I'd be waiting at the security door for him. He talked over me and continually spoke in an aggressive tone saying I should come to him (which I have done before if there were issues with other deliveries but wasn't willing to because of the way I'd been spoken to) when he did come up his tone continued and he spoke over me again even as I went to apologize for the fact he couldn't get through to me. In the end the delivery person is the reason this restaurant isn't getting a higher rating and I would strongly suggest the store restaurant looks at this element of their business as it would put me off from ordering again. Also I ordered through their own app not just eat or Uber so I know the staff member works for the restaurant and isn't proprietary."
