"Great ambience and welcoming staff, BUT food is DISGUSTING. Half of ordered items were not freshly cooked, but reheated. Cheap quality ingredients, pasta is tasteless, pizza is worse than some cheap fast food pizzas. So, basically you get cheap reheated fast food for the price of proper restaurant."
"Every positive part of our experience was ruined by the Manager Antonio Urso, who’s absolute lack of people skills, interest in customer service and manner was disgraceful. If the owner of the business reads these reviews, I hope they note, as per many of the other negative reviews that have been written, our visit was utterly ruined by his manner, behaviour and particularly misogynistic behaviour. I would also suggest observing his consumption as his behaviour led us to believe he may have been intoxicated. What ever the reason he is definitely working in the wrong industry. On a more positive note the food was delicious, well presented, perfectly cooked and the other members of staff lovely, welcoming and gracious. We have been frequenting the venue for several years but would never even consider returning after his disgusting behaviour."
"We were 3 friends for dinner... and we had an absolute blast here. The food was mouth wateringly delicious!! I truly enjoyed every bite of my dinner. I know my friends enjoyed theirs also. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone, not just local folk. Staff were really nice, polite, engaging and helpful. Great experience all round."
